All items are made-to-order or one-of-one upcycled pieces and are carefully prepared before shipping.

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

• Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume releases

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
(You can add international later.)

One-of-One & Upcycled Items

Because our products are upcycled and handcrafted:

• Each piece is unique

• Variations in fabric, color, texture, and stitching are intentional

• No two items will be exactly the same

These variations are part of the design and story behind each garment.

 Returns + Exchanges 

Due to the one-of-one nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in upcycled materials

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and care instructions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once an item has been worn or washed, it is no longer eligible for review.
